Wonderfully spicy aroma, ethereal notes of citrus peel. On the palate, Darjeeling with apricots, full-bodied flavour with more pronounced tannins.

Grape variety: Chardonnay, Muscaris, Riesling, Sauvignier Gris
Vinification: a blend of organically grown Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Gris from soils of silt and sandstone. The grapes were hand-harvested and co-fermented on the skins using native yeasts in open vats, followed by 24 months of barrique barrel aging. Unpurified, unfiltered.
