Production process: hand harvesting of grapes at their optimum ripeness. Hand-harvested grapes at their optimum ripeness. The grapes are harvested in the early morning hours in small 15 kg boxes due to the low temperatures. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of max. 27 °C. The wine then goes into French oak barriques for 15 months to mature. Finally, it sits for at least 12 months in the bottle before leaving the winery.
