Description

Grapes: Montepulciano a Merlot

The wine comes from medium-aged vineyards cultivated mainly in the Guyot system on plots located at altitudes between 350 and 450 m above sea level

In the cellar, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed and the must and skins are left to macerate at 22/24°C for 15/16 days, Montepulciano is harvested later.

Merlot is aged in oak barrels for 6/8 months, Montepulciano for the same period in stainless steel tanks
