Soft drinks don't always taste good. The 'Zera' series manages to approach white wine in a way that we've never had with any comparable product before. A non-alcoholic wine from the Chardonnay variety. The wine is pale yellow in hue with bright green flashes with aromas of acacia blossom and white peach combined with hints of citrus and vanilla. The palate is fresh with a nice touch of acidity and a very long finish.

Pierre Chavin is the French leader in the production of non-alcoholic wines. The unique technology guarantees that each non-alcoholic wine will last for 5 years.

The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, macerating the skins at low temperatures of around 4°C. The maceration process, which is carried out before pressing, takes 8 hours and allows optimal extraction of all the components in the grapes, such as polyphenols, anthocyanins, tannins and resveratrols, and minerals and aromatic precursors. The aging process includes infusions of organic grapes and French oak to ensure an excellent aromatic result.
