Description

Pairs well with: salads, fish, not too spicy Asian dishes.

Verdejo La Mision is made from vines aged between 80 and 120 years and resistant to phylloxera. Due to the terroir of this vineyard, the grapes are harvested by hand. The result is a wine of unusual elegance, generous in mineral notes, accentuated by barrel fermentation. Part of the wine is aged in oak for 10 months, the other part in traditional clay jars. After that it is aged in bottle for 2 years before it reaches the market. Suitable for decanting.
