White cuvée from vineyards over 50 years old. Like other Gaudre wines, this one requires a certain bottle maturity to develop its full aromatic range. The nose shows a somewhat subdued flint mineral, accompanied by lemon juice, lime, sage and hay. It is incredibly compact, with a supporting structure of ripe fruit acidity, very fine and with great potential.
