In the glass a cloudy light yellow colour. Yeasty aroma of green apples and minerals. Lemon, green apples and nice minerality on the palate. A young wine, full of energy, open really undercooled. The wine is not pre-filtered, so there is quite a bit of lees in the bottle, which when you strain out, you get a white bourbon look in the glass. Great refreshment for warm days. Higher acidity, pretty dry, nice not too long aftertaste, however the mouthfeel tempts you to take another sip. Have it as an aperitif.

Wild, unbridled, lively, in short, Punk. The wine is as it was when it was bottled in the winery. It is therefore not a finished wine, but a picture of how the wine is currently evolving and how it would taste when you visit the winery. A young wine is frothy, full of beneficial yeasts and should not be held to the same standards as an adult wine. Unfiltered, unsulphurised.
