Grape variety: Avesso
Vinification: Hand harvesting followed by de-stemming, maceration of the skins and gentle pneumatic pressing. Must fermented in French oak barrels, aged for about a year.
The 2019 vintage gave rise to slightly more acidic wines with lower alcohol levels. This wine is currently at a very interesting time in terms of drinking, but will surely age very well in the coming years.
