Pairs well with: sea and freshwater fish, meats with light sauces, poultry
The Chardonnay vineyards are located on calcareous loess soil in the Werain and Spiegel vineyards in Langenlois. Only healthy, juicy grapes are harvested.
Once all the grapes have been pressed, the juice flows freely into the small wooden barrels used in the winery's cellar, where fermentation begins naturally. Biological acid degradation then continues and vinification will be completed in the coming spring with rising temperatures. After about 11 months, all the yeast is withdrawn and not filtered.
