Sauvignon late harvest 2018 Barabáš BIO

The Stará hora vineyard track lies on the edge of the Kamenná Hora protected area. It is the border between the Bohemian Massif and the Western Carpathians. The granitoid bedrock gives the Sauvignon grown there a unique character and the aroma is predominantly blackcurrant with hints of elderflower and gooseberry. In between the vineyard rows, the native flora of the dry areas grows and some are still planted with rich flowering plants.
