Vivid golden-yellow colour, beautifully fine pearl, very elegant little bubbles in the mouth. Fresh and refreshing aroma, mineral and fruity. A very faint, almost subtle bitterness adds to the taste, which nicely enhances the whole taste and, together with the juicy acidity, leaves a great mouth-feel that invites you to take another sip. Well dry, low acidity. Nice mineral aftertaste. Best enjoyed with light meals like fish or chicken or on its own as a refresher on a sunny day. The wine is pre-filtered so there is less lees in the bottle. If you like rather ready-made pet-nats, you'll like this one. You can compare it with pet-nats from Kutná Hora, for example, which, on the other hand, look very lush. No added sulphites.
