Description

Grapes of the Veltliner green variety from the loess soils south of Langenlois and Sauvignon Blanc on the primary rock soils north of Langenlois were harvested separately for this sparkling wine.

The base wines of Sauvignon Blanc and Grüner Veltliner are aged separately. Sauvignon is read with good ripeness to bring out its fruitfulness. Grüner Veltliner is read a little earlier and brings acidity and freshness as an aromatically neutral component. The finished base wine is glittered by bottle fermentation, kept in bottle on yeast for at least 24 months, then weighed and prepared for sale.
