Production process: hand harvesting of grapes. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 27-28 degrees for 25 days. The wine is then aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and then rests in the bottle for another 6 months before it can reach the market and then your table.
Decanting: not necessary, however we highly recommend you try decanting the wine. You will get to a completely different level of taste and experience of the wine.
