Production process: hand harvesting of grapes. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 27-28 degrees for 25 days. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels and then rests in the bottle for another 6 months before it can reach the market and then your table.
Decanting: highly recommended. It will take you to a whole new level of taste and experience of wine.
