The wine is the colour of wild blueberries in the glass. After opening, it needs a little time to open. Aromas of dark berry fruits such as blackcurrant, cherry and also raspberry, plum, cherry. Quite fleshy with low alcohol. Already quite ripe but still has pontential. I recommend decanting for at least an hour, the wine will "clean up" nicely. Medium acidity and quite a lot of crisp tannins so far. The wine has a long fruity and spicy aftertaste. Have it with a baked pasta with cream and smoked meat.
