The colour is light yellow-orange, somewhat reminiscent of unfiltered grape must. The aroma needs a little time to develop and is reminiscent of lemon curd dough before baking and fresh grape juice. A surprisingly delicious flavour that faithfully follows the aroma. It's a special experience - like drinking a bun. Good body, nice acidity, pleasantly fruity and fresh, unexpectedly long and fresh finish. Good as an aperitif or have a fresh Greek salad with it.

Weingut Gustavshof

Gustavshof is located in the heart of Rheinhessen, about 30 km south of Mainz. The entire Rollo family represents the fourth generation managing the estate and its 18 hectares of vineyards. Since 2004, they have been operating under organic winemaking guidelines, becoming members of EcoVin in 2007. Since 2012, they have embraced biodynamic farming according to Demeter standards. All of their wines are produced 100% vegan.

Thanks to its holistic approach and natural impulses, biodynamic viticulture helps them achieve high-quality standards, making their wines more complex, vibrant, and long-lasting.

The vines thrive on highly chalky soils across vineyards with a wide variety of micro-characters, allowing for the optimal placement of each grape variety. In addition to classic, world-renowned varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Gris (Rulandské šedé), and Pinot Noir (Rulandské modré), they also cultivate regional varieties that have become rare, such as Würzer, Morio Muskat, or Huxelrebe. Furthermore, they have set new quality milestones in taste with fungus-resistant grape varieties (PIWIs), such as Cabernet Cortis.

Zero Zero is a non-alcoholic, low-allergen wine alternative. A natural, non-alcoholic beverage with a taste reminiscent of dry white wine - unsulphurised and low histamine. Refreshing aroma with ripe grapes, citrus, apple and pineapple , as well as a smooth, pleasant apple-vinegar note. Refreshing in the mouth with notes of green apple and quince, strong acidity and bite, nice volume and a strong, fresh finish.

Pairs well with: aperitif, fresh salad, poultry, refreshment on warm summer days, for teetotalers at parties.

Grape variety: Birstaler Muskat (bred in the 1980s, a cross between Seyval Blanc x Bacchus).
