The colour is light yellow-orange, somewhat reminiscent of unfiltered grape must. The aroma needs a little time to develop and is reminiscent of lemon curd dough before baking and fresh grape juice. A surprisingly delicious flavour that faithfully follows the aroma. It's a special experience - like drinking a bun. Description

Zero Zero is a non-alcoholic, low-allergen wine alternative. A natural, non-alcoholic beverage with a taste reminiscent of dry white wine - unsulphurised and low histamine. Refreshing aroma with ripe grapes, citrus, apple and pineapple , as well as a smooth, pleasant apple-vinegar note. Refreshing in the mouth with notes of green apple and quince, strong acidity and bite, nice volume and a strong, fresh finish.

Pairs well with: aperitif, fresh salad, poultry, refreshment on warm summer days, for teetotalers at parties.

Grape variety: Birstaler Muskat (bred in the 1980s, a cross between Seyval Blanc x Bacchus).
