A fermented blend of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Glera grapes from the Veneto region. Fruity, with hints of white flowers and a surprisingly mineral sensation that brings Mediterranean breezes and terroir close to the Venetian lagoon. Cold and soft press the grapes after harvest to preserve freshness and bouquet. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with yeast to achieve greater roundness.
