Description

The wine making process

Receipt of grapes at the winery in 24 kg crates. Hand selection of grapes.

Must fermented mainly in stainless steel vats at low temperature, with 10% fermented in 500 litre barrels. No animal derivatives are used in the production process, making this wine suitable for vegans.

Singular aims to highlight the 'uniqueness' of each vintage by selecting the best grapes and the most appropriate combination of grape varieties.
