An elegant white wine made from highly mature grapes grown organically in the Marlborough area. The nose is very herbal and fruity, with a distinct hint of gooseberry and melon. On the palate there are very pronounced herbal and mineral notes. The palate is pleasant and refined with a fine acidity that is balanced by a wonderful natural sweetness.
