Description

Pairs well with: cold cuts, first course with tomato sauces, meat.

Carefully selected grapes are crushed and left with the skins and their original yeasts to macerate for 10-15 days at a constant temperature of 25/28 °C. Ageing takes place in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for at least four months. The wine rests for some time in the bottle before it is available for purchase.
