This variety originated in the Rhine Valley and the Mosel, and today Riesling is found all over the world. It has long been considered the king of Alsatian wines. It makes a gastronomic wine, offering a really nice expression of the soil where it grows. Vinification - The grapes are pressed for hours on a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures with natural yeasts. When archiving the wine, it is advisable to respect the following 3 rules: no light, no temperature changes and constant humidity.
