Grape variety: Glera (88 %) and Pinot Nero (12 %)
Spumante Rosé obtained by vinifying Glera (88 %) and Pinot Nero (12 %) grapes in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which best preserve the organoleptic characteristics. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclaves using the Charmat or Martinotti method for at least two months, after which the wine is bottled.
