The Trebbiano Macerato "Piùttosto" from Tre Monti is an orange wine that is obtained from 100% Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes coming from a vineyard at 150 metres above sea level, located on clay soils. The vineyard follows organic farming rules and the cellar continues fermentation in concrete tanks in contact with the skins for 20 days without temperature control. The mash is aged for several months in concrete tanks before bottling.
"The 'Piùttosto' Trebbiano Macerato in the glass is an intense golden yellow colour, tinged with orange hues. Intense and aromatic aroma, with hints of tropical fruit, ripe peach, orange peel, honey and raisins. The richness perceived in the aroma is matched by a full-bodied flavour, where a soft and enveloping fullness undoubtedly dominates, enlivened by a vibrant saline texture.
