Lightness, fruitiness, playfulness and fine tannin is exactly what we love about pinot! The grapes were carefully harvested from a 20-year-old vineyard. After spontaneous fermentation and a two-month maceration on the skins, we let the wine age for a while in barrique barrels, but only to the extent that the barrel did not overpower its beautiful fruit flavour, but only slightly accentuated its character. The wine is best enjoyed slightly chilled accompanied by roast duck, goose or grilled salmon.
