Certainly one of the best organically grown wines of all: Amarone made from pure Merlot from vineyards over 60 years old. The grapes are concentrated by drying, then aging in French oak barrels: red berries, plums, leather, cedar, the list could go on for a long time. This top quality wine is only available in small quantities each year. Aged excellently.
