The wine has a golden-yellow cloudy colour. A young wine, full of energy, open really undercooled. Aromatic, fresh and inviting aromas. The aroma is typical muscat with rose, lemon and honey. In the glass after pouring you can see small elegant bubbles. The taste is fresh and crisp, dominated by lemon, tangerine. Medium acidity. Lemon in the aftertaste. Have it as a refreshing aperitif or with tapas with tomatoes and salty ham.

It is therefore not a finished wine, but a picture of how the wine is currently evolving and how it would taste when you visit the winery. A young wine is frothy, full of beneficial yeasts and should not be held to the same standards as an adult wine. Unfiltered, unsulphurised.
