Orange-caramel or medium amber in colour, the wine is clear when the sediment is not clarified. The aroma is intense, dominated by balsamic, candied orange peel. The palate is fresh, fruity with mustard and a little salt, dominated by overripe pears. Medium body, fresh acidity. A little tannin. Cinnamon in the aftertaste. Chill well. Ready to drink immediately after opening. Have it with semi-hard cheese or pasta with a good beef sauce. No added sulphites.

Description

Straw yellow colour with golden highlights, with light veils that reveal the unfiltered wine. It is opalescent when young, turning to golden-orange as it matures. The aroma is very intense, typical of the variety, with strong balsamic and vegetal notes. Intense and interesting aroma. The taste is dry, fresh and salty. Without added sulphites. Unique bottle design that allows for easy recycling - easy separation of the paper vignette from the bottle made from already recycled glass.

Pairs well with: semi-hard cheese, pasta with proper beef sauce
