Wine making procedure:
The grapes are delivered to the winery in 24kg cases.
They are hand-picked and de-moulded before going through a skin contact process and gentle pneumatic pressing. The must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a low temperature. This is followed by stabilisation and fine filtration. No animal derivatives are used in the production process, making it a vegan wine.
Special care has been taken in this process, with the aim of minimising any impact, with the intention of producing a wine that expresses well the particularities of the grapes and the terroir.
