Their original vineyards are completely planted with red varieties. A friend of Jean's in Nébois, near Montpeyroux, inherited several plots of land that were once grazed and which they have now replanted. Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Vermentino are on the most beautiful terrace. Half fermented in wooden barrels, half in steel. Floral, fresh aromas, creamy texture for a Mediterranean wine.
