The grapes are harvested by hand in crates, a gentle press followed by a first perfectly managed fermentation ensures the finesse of this organic Crémant. This brut is labelled "brut nature". The absence of sugar in the expedition liqueur makes it a light product whose distinctive character ensures an interesting and rich experience, especially as an aperitif.
This Crémant is "zero sulphite" absolutely legitimate: the grapes were very healthy and the cool summer left a pleasant freshness. Its preservation is therefore ensured by the balance of the wine. Even more so, as in Crémant, the presence of carbon dioxide (produced naturally by the second fermentation in the bottle) is an excellent antioxidant.
