Description

A wine unique for its complexity and harmony. Made with a 3 step (3 passo) winemaking approach: 1/ part of the grapes are dried on the vine to extract more natural sugars and at better concentration 2/ the resulting must is partially pumped into a cold bottom tank to extract the sweet tannins and dark-coloured wine 3/ it is refined in wood to increase smoothness and longevity.
