Originally called Tokay d'Alsace, then Tokay Pinot Gris. Pinot Gris is a variety originating in Burgundy. The purple grape makes a great wine, one of the most famous white wines in the world.

Vinification - The grapes are pressed for 7 hours on a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures with natural yeasts. When archiving the wine, it is advisable to respect the following 3 rules: no light, no temperature changes and constant humidity.
