Sparkling amber colour in the glass, very nice aroma immediately after opening, nice viscosity after swirling in the glass, aroma of camarelized fruits and meadow flowers. The wine is full-bodied and has a balanced spicy flavour which gives a pleasant mouthfeel. Notes of green apples, powerful tannin. Balanced acid and tannin structure. Nice aftertaste. Either just enjoy this wine or you need a bold and spicy meal to go with it.

Rkatsiteli from Saambero winery is characterized by round tannins with fruity aromas. In the mouth there are pleasantly balanced notes of dried fruit, peach, apricot and a hint of caramel.

Rkatsiteli, whose name means "red stem" (rka means cane; tsiteli means red), is the leading white grape variety in Georgia. It originates from Kakheti in eastern Georgia and is cultivated throughout the region.
