The colour is onion pinkish. The wine is relatively clear unless the sediment at the bottom of the bottle is shredded. Intense aromas of tropical fruit, after half an hour it develops into raisin and cinnamon. The aroma is sweet, a little reminiscent of Tokaj wine. The nose is so intense that raisins and cinnamon also dominate the taste immediately after drinking, followed by strongly overripe ringlets. Medium body, fresh acidity, bitterness. Nice aftertaste of orange peel. Pair it with some Asian cuisine, like chicken in spicy batter. No added sulfites.
