Gold-yellow colour. Nice little bubbles. Fresh mineral-fruity aroma, green apples, citrus, yeast. The minerals and the fruit come through in the taste. Medium body, medium acidity with a slight bitterness. Quite dry. Not a light drinker like Prosecco, for example, it's a full-bodied wine that's more suited to an evening or a meal. Have some foie gras with it. Open really strongly undercooled. No added sulphites.

Description

The Pet-Nat Riesling comes from the Stráni track in the village of Lusatia from the wonderful tufa soil. A light refreshing drink without a gram of added SO2, suitable for SO2 allergy sufferers.

Pairs well with: refreshment on sultry days, foie gras

No added SO2. Sulphites up to 10 mg/l (the bottle legally states: contains sulphur dioxide).
