The colour is grapefruit-strawberry, and when the wine is swirled in the glass it resembles strawberry juice. The aroma is fresh and fruity. Taste of preserved strawberries, yeast, grapefruit. Gentle elegant bubbles, medium acidity, medium body. Strawberries in the aftertaste. Suitable as an aperitif or with duck pate and toast. No added sulphites.

Description

Pink Pet-Nat from Pinot Noir, St. Lawrence and Cabernet Moravia varieties. It is a fresh, unrestrained wine that combines creaminess, aromas of blackberries, raspberries and balanced acidity.

Women in pink and rosé wine evoke admiration in some, at least raised eyebrows in others, but they are always feelings with the involvement of the imagination. And it is this Petnat that shatters the preconceived notions about rosé with a single taste. Always a surprise!

Don't keep the wine warm and make sure it's really well chilled before opening. We recommend putting it in the freezer for 1-2 hours before opening.
