Elegant little bubbles in the glass, the cloudy colour of grapefruit juice. The aroma is fresh and fruity, dominated by strawberries and peaches. The taste is quite dry, fruity with a little minerality. The fruit flavours are dominated by grapefruit and peach. Very drinkable, with a pleasant acidity. Have it with fish or shrimp cocktail. Great as an early evening and evening aperitif. No added sulphites.

Description

A natural sparkling wine of pink colour with a salmon hue that is impenetrable due to its natural turbidity. Contact with the lees gives the wine intensity .The aroma is of red berries with remarkable notes of strawberries. The bubbles gently caress the tongue and refresh. Long and pleasant finish. A wine that never tires.
