Pairs well with: red meat, big game, stews.
This sulphur-free red wine is obtained from Garnacha grapes. No SO2 is added during processing. The physico-chemical and microbiological characteristics of the product are similar to those of traditional wine. The only differences in specification are that the sulphuric anhydride content is zero and that the wine lacks the chemical residues from the treatments carried out in traditional winemaking.
