- Receipt of the Tax Document by the Customer
The invoice (tax document) issued by Organic Wines s.r.o. for the ordered goods is sent to the customer via email. If the customer wishes to receive a printed invoice, they must notify us in advance. - Prices
The prices of individual items are governed by the current price list of Organic Wines s.r.o. The company reserves the right to make changes. The prices listed for products on the e-shop include VAT. - Shelf Life, Wine Vintages
The shelf life of individual types of wines and spirits is individual. In most cases, we state the optimal consumption period and any potential cellaring period separately for each wine. If not specified, the wine should be consumed within 2 years of purchase.
As a natural product, high-quality wine changes its vintage every year; with a wide assortment of wines, changes may occur faster than the online offer or printed presentation in the catalog can be updated. If a vintage changes at the time of the order, the following vintage is automatically supplied. In the event that the Buyer insists on the specified vintage and does not want an alternative, they must clearly state this in the notes under the order. - Filters
To simplify navigation through the product range, the customer can use filters such as vegan wine, unsulfured wine, natural wine, etc. The classification of a wine into a category is done primarily on the basis of certification (bio/organic, vegan, demeter), and secondarily according to the winemaker's statement (e.g., vegan: "Yes, without certification" means that the wine is uncertified but included based on the winemaker's declaration) or the technical data sheet obtained for the wine. If the customer suffers from any allergy, for example, to animal protein or sulfites, we kindly ask them to contact us. We will re-verify the information (vegan, unsulfured, etc.) regarding the wines, or recommend only those that hold the appropriate certification. Organic Wines is not responsible for incorrect filter classification due to, for example, human error. - Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Payment, shipping, complaint, and term conditions are governed by the valid Terms and Conditions of Organic Wines s.r.o. and their authorized distribution partners. Organic Wines s.r.o. reserves the right to change the prices and vintages of the offered wines according to the currently valid offer. The supplier reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions.
