Intense dark purple opaque colour, beautiful viscosity. Slightly sweet aroma of chocolate and cherries. Medium body, more pronounced coarse tannin. The medium acidity complements nicely with some residual sugar. Cherry and cocoa on the palate, some vanilla, lavender, tobacco, pepper. Strong and long-lasting aftertaste. The wine lacks a little complexity. Unsulphurised wine of biodynamic quality at a good price. Great with tiramisu.
