Grape variety: 40% Grenache, 40% Cabernet Franc and 20% Vermentino

A characteristic rosé made from the juice of Grenache, Cabernet Franc and Vermentino. Light in colour. Aromatic with flavour impressions of peach, grapefruit and raspberry. These also return in the mouth with a slight spiciness in the background as a quarter of the juice has fermented in new oak. This gives this rosé extra structure, making it an excellent table companion.

The mustache on the label symbolizes the current owner's grandfather, who lost one of his arms in a car racing accident. Later, he was loved and respected by the villagers as the head of the village and was called "Le Manpòt".
