The colour is ruby purple, cloudy. The aroma is sweet, dominated by plum jam with cinnamon and rum, cherries. Lots of cherries on the palate, some residual sugar and higher acidity complement each other nicely. Medium soft tannin. Not a jammy Primitivo style, this is lighter and more drinkable. Fruity aftertaste. Good with typically Italian dishes like tomato paste or pizza. No added sulphites.

Description

Spicy Linfae Primitivo with slightly stewed dark fruits such as plums and cherries, a striking and delicate balance of fruit and acidity. Strong aromas of black earth, cloves and cardamom. Typically Italian in aroma and taste! Viva Italia! Great with pizza or at a party where you want to surprise your guests with a wine without added sulphite. Unique bottle design that allows for easy recycling - easy separation of the paper vignette from the bottle made from already recycled glass.
